You will be responsible for engineering tasks related to audio and sound recording. This role involves working on various projects within the film, television, music, and radio industries, applying your expertise in sound engineering and MA mixing. The position is full-time and based in Tokyo, offering a dynamic environment for individuals passionate about games and anime.
Must Have
- Studio recording/MA work experience in film, television, music, radio, etc.
- Knowledge and experience using various music-related tools
- Appropriate communication skills with production stakeholders

- Knowledge and experience regarding multi-channel and immersive audio

Salary
Annual salary 4 million JPY to 10 million JPY
◆ Determined according to our company regulations, considering experience and ability.
- Contract employees and outsourced contracts may also be available.
◆ Semi-annual performance incentive system in addition to annual salary.
◆ Annual salary includes prescribed overtime work allowance and late-night work allowance. Paid regardless of the presence of overtime work.
◆ Annual salary examples
5.4 million JPY / 27 years old
6 million JPY / 30 years old
7.6 million JPY / 38 years old
Working Hours
10:00~19:00 (8 hours of prescribed working time)
Break time 60 minutes (13:00~14:00)
◆ Monthly average overtime
Approximately 18 hours (2023 results)

- Studio recording/MA work experience in film, television, music, radio, etc. (game industry experience not required)
- Knowledge and experience using various music-related tools
