Job Description

1. Responsible for establishing connections, business negotiations, resource expansion, and overall execution of in-game collaborations for Papergames' products;

2. According to game requirements, complete business对接 with copyright holders and partners, and be responsible for cross-departmental communication and collaboration to coordinate the implementation of cooperation. During the process, unify team goals, strictly control output quality, solve problems, and advance projects to ensure final output quality;

3. Establish a cooperation resource library and promote suitable collaborations internally, following up on relevant content.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of business-related work experience, Japanese or English can be used as a working language;

2. Familiar with game industry cooperation processes, business negotiations, and implementation, skilled in project management, collaborative communication, and result-oriented project responsibility;

3. Possess rich direct connections with copyright holders and partners, extensive knowledge in art (animation, film, music, etc.), pan-entertainment, and game IP fields, understand industry trends, know the latest popular culture, have some understanding of subcultures, and experience with well-known cases is preferred;

4. Passionate about the game industry, familiar with Papergames' products is preferred.
