What the Role Entails

• Execute social game community operations, including writing and posting text.
• User management activities such as communicating with users, collecting public opinion, and creating/collecting surveys.
• Responsible for translating work materials and daily communication content during collaborations (Japanese/Chinese proficiency preferred).

Who We Look For

• Loves games, understands the Japanese game market, and has excellent Japanese communication skills and business Japanese writing ability.
• Strong teamwork, excellent learning ability, and communication skills.
• Proficient in using common business software.
• Chinese communication skills are a plus.

Compensation

Annual salary: Negotiable (with raises/bonuses)

• Consideration will be given to experience, skills, etc., and preferential treatment will be provided according to company regulations.
• For general employees, 35 hours of fixed overtime pay per month are included.
• For managerial positions, 10 hours of fixed overtime pay are included.

Working Hours and Holidays

Working hours: 09:30 - 18:30, Break time: 60 minutes

Flextime available

Complete two-day weekend system (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)

Paid leave: Prorated in the first year based on the joining month. Up to 22 days based on years of service.

New Year holidays (December 30 - January 3)

Paid sick leave: 12 days/year (granted separately from paid leave)
