Seeking a Senior IT Operations Engineer to provide hands-on IT support, design scalable IT solutions, and lead operational improvements. This high-impact individual contributor role involves owning local and regional IT support, architecting IT infrastructure and workplace solutions, and expertise in enterprise collaboration tools. The role focuses on solving complex technical issues and driving operational excellence.
Good To Have:

  • Familiarity with cloud-based IT infrastructure (AWS, Google Workspace, etc.).
Must Have:
  • Delivering senior-level hands-on IT support across hardware, software, and networking in a dynamic work environment.
  • Acting as a technical solution architect for regional IT infrastructure, onboarding processes, collaboration tools, and endpoint strategies.
  • Leading complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis across systems, providing mentorship to contractors.
  • Designing and implementing IT solutions that align with global standards and local office requirements.
  • Providing day-to-day on-site and remote support to users across offices (Windows/MacOS laptops, monitors, printers, conference system).
  • Partnering with Global IT, Information Security, and workplace teams to support office expansions, hardware refresh projects, and IT process optimization.
  • Maintaining and managing local IT infrastructure: WiFi, Printers, AV equipment, access Control.
  • Coordinating with global IT teams on system rollouts, upgrades, and issue resolution.
  • Tracking, managing, and maintaining IT hardware assets, including procurement, inventory control, forecasting, lifecycle management, and decommissioning.
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user computing devices.
  • Managing the IT provisioning and de-provisioning process for employees, including account creation, hardware allocation, and access management.
  • Providing technical support to end users, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure timely resolution through IT service management processes.
  • Ensuring IT systems and processes comply with company security policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT operations, service delivery, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT asset management, IT service management (ITSM), and IT operations best practices.
  • Experience with onboarding/offboarding processes and identity/access management tools.
  • Proficiency in managing Windows and macOS environments, networking fundamentals, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.

We are seeking a Senior IT Operations Engineer who is both hands-on and technically strategic. Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering senior-level hands-on IT support across hardware, software, and networking in a dynamic work environment.
  • Act as a technical solution architect for regional IT infrastructure, onboarding processes, collaboration tools, and endpoint strategies.
  • Lead complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis across systems, providing mentorship to contractors.
  • Design and implement IT solutions that align with global standards and local office requirements

  • Track, manage, and maintain IT hardware assets, including procurement, inventory control, forecasting, lifecycle management, and decommissioning. Maintain accurate IT asset records, operational logs, and generate reports as needed.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user computing devices.
  • Manage the IT provisioning and de-provisioning process for employees, including account creation, hardware allocation, and access management.
  • Provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure timely resolution through IT service management processes.
  • Work closely with HR, IT Security, and other teams to streamline IT-related processes and improve user experience.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment procurement, service agreements, and maintenance contracts.
  • Ensure IT systems and processes comply with company security policies and regulatory requirements.

Who We Look For

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT operations, service delivery, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT asset management, IT service management (ITSM), and IT operations best practices.
  • Experience with onboarding/offboarding processes and identity/access management tools.
  • Proficiency in managing Windows and macOS environments, networking fundamentals, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 (M365) and Exchange is a plus
  • ITIL certification is a plus.
