Senior Full Stack Engineer (Node.js, React, JavaScript)

Ness Romania SRL is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build new product capabilities, enhance platform quality, and integrate customer systems into a larger enterprise ecosystem. The role involves developing high-quality features across frontend (React) and backend (Node.js), working closely with Product and Design, improving scalability, and contributing to technical designs and engineering standards. This position requires strong problem-solving skills in an agile environment.

Must Have

• Build and deliver high-quality features across the frontend and backend.
• Develop performant backend services in Node.js.
• Develop expressive, modern UI components in React.
• Work closely with Product and Design to turn concepts into software.
• Improve platform scalability, modularity, and developer experience.
• Participate in system integrations, data exchange, and authentication flows.
• Contribute to code reviews, technical designs, and engineering standards.
• Debug complex issues across services, infrastructure, and the UI.
• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Node.js, React, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience building and consuming APIs and working with modern build tools.
• Good understanding of AWS Cloud.
• Good understanding of Kubernetes and Docker.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks, CI/CD workflows, and monitoring tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile environment.
