Job Summary
This TIBCO L3 Lead Engineer role at Ness Digital Engineering requires deep technical expertise, architectural design capability, and leadership to define and govern enterprise integration strategy using the TIBCO suite. Key responsibilities include defining integration architecture blueprints, acting as a TIBCO SME, managing the TIBCO platform for high availability, developing complex solutions with TIBCO BusinessWorks and EMS, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and leading L3 production issue resolution and Root Cause Analysis.
Must Have
- Define Integration Architecture blueprints (SOA, Microservices, Event-Driven) using TIBCO products.
- Develop high-level and low-level design documents (HLD/LLD).
- Govern design and code quality across all TIBCO interfaces.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the TIBCO platform.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, conducting code reviews.
- Establish best practices/standards for development, error handling, and security.
- Expert in TIBCO Administrator/TEA for domain configuration, security, and resource management.
- Deep knowledge of performance tuning, monitoring (Hawk), and ensuring HA/FT.
- Hands-on expertise in developing complex solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW6.x/CE), EMS, Adapters.
- Implement API Gateway concepts.
- Define and implement CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Maven, Git) for automated TIBCO deployments.
- Enforce XML/XSD/WSDL/Swagger standards and best-of-breed integration patterns.
- Lead complex, cross-platform L3 production issue resolution and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- 8+ years of total IT experience, with 6+ years dedicated to the TIBCO Integration suite.
- Expertise in TIBCO BW (5.x and 6.x/CE), TIBCO EMS, and TIBCO Administrator/TEA.
- In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles.
- Proficiency with Web Services (SOAP/WSDL, REST/JSON) and defining API specifications.
- Experience with advanced concepts like Fault-Tolerance, Load Balancing, and TIBCO Hawk for monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database integration principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with business users and technical teams.
- Strong analytical and logical troubleshooting ability to quickly diagnose and categorize issues.
- Highly customer-focused with a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a shift-based, 24x7 support environment.
- Keen attention to detail for accurate ticket logging and knowledge base creation.
