Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and attracting qualified candidates for technical and non-technical roles. Key responsibilities include assisting with resume screening, conducting initial candidate assessments, creating job descriptions, and improving recruitment processes. The intern will also focus on ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers, working in a fast-paced environment, and communicating effectively with stakeholders in Japan and APAC.

Must Have

  • Assist in sourcing, identifying, and attracting qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Ensure a best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support the creation and posting of job descriptions.
  • Work closely with recruiters to improve recruiting processes.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to take ownership.
  • Good time management and task prioritization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to deliver satisfying customer service.
  • Ability to communicate trilingually (English, Mandarin, Japanese).

What the Role Entails

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing, identifying and attracting qualified candidates for both technical and non-technical positions through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking platforms;
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural fit;
  • Ensure a best-in-class experience from both a candidate and hiring manager perspective by ensuring timeliness of updates, market intelligence and quality of resumes provided
  • Support the creation and posting of job descriptions on internal and external job boards;
  • Working closely with recruiters and hiring team to carry out projects to improve the recruiting processes;

Who We Look For

  • Bachelor's degree or above (HR or related major is highly preferred), with interests in developing a career in human resource, talent acquisition and recruitment etc.,
  • Proactive attitude and ability to take ownership
  • Good time management and being able to prioritize tasks
