Must Have

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Design: Lead the development of scalable leadership and TM development programs aligning to enterprise and business priorities. Apply adult learning principles, neuroscience and system thinking to architect programs that drive measurable change in behavior and performance. Continuously improve programs based on feedback, data and evolving business needs.
- Program Execution and Reinforcement: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of global programs including curation of pre and post workshop learning journeys. Incorporate social, collaborative and tech-enabled learning tools – along with reinforcement and performance support practices as an integrated talent solution. Manage partnerships and internal resources to ensure quality and consistency across offerings.
- Facilitation and Coaching: Facilitate leadership and team member development workshops, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and an engaging learner experience. Coach leaders and teams to achieve transformative impact.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Work with talent partners and business leaders to diagnose and prioritize leadership development interventions. Provide clear, and tailored updates to keep stakeholders informed on our programs.
- Measurement and Data-Driven Effectiveness: Develop measures and success metrics to assess learning effectiveness, applying these measures to drive progress in talent management and retention.
Best Practices and Relevancy: Leverage technology platforms and digital tools to enhance learner experiences and effectiveness. Conduct research, benchmarking and learner feedback analysis to ensure our strategy, content, and delivery evolve with talent market trends and workforce expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organization Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 8 years of directly related experience, with at least 5 years in a multinational company.
- Strategic mindset, sound business acumen and enterprise thinking to derive insights and build effective talent development solutions that address organizational needs.
- Exceptional stakeholder management with the ability to build trusted partnerships across all levels and influence with credibility and leadership presence.
- A strong command of instructional design, learning and development models, frameworks, tools, and solutions for leadership and team effectiveness.
- Curiosity and comfort with technology. Experienced in designing and implementing impactful leadership development solutions, including pre/post workshop journeys utilizing technology platforms for scalability and sustainability.
- Strong facilitation and communication presence. Whether in a room with senior leaders or facilitating global workshops virtually, you can inspire, engage, and drive meaningful dialogue and workshop experience.
- Proficient in deriving data-driven insights to measure learning effectiveness.
- Skills in program management to scale global delivery and oversee change management during program revisions.
