Prime Billing Analyst | Enterprise Managed Services

PwC Poland's Enterprise Managed Services (EMS) is expanding, supporting and transforming domestic and international client operations. This role involves enhancing operations through best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating technological solutions. The Prime Billing Analyst will be crucial in providing comprehensive finance services, including accounting, reporting, tax, and financial planning & analysis across various sectors, collaborating with expert consulting teams on diverse and complex projects.

Must Have

• Prepare monthly invoice cycle data, reconciliations, and completeness checks.
• Conduct analysis to ensure billing accuracy and compliance.
• Support resolution of billing disputes, holds, credits, and refunds.
• Manage accounts receivable collections and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams for timely and accurate billing execution.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, accounting, or similar role.
• Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements across billing and collections workflows.
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Good to Have

• Proficiency in German, or French, or Italian allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written.
