AI Specialist - Gen AI, LLM & RAG (m/f)

Join PwC Slovakia as an AI Specialist, leading transformative initiatives for global clients. You will contribute to groundbreaking solutions in data science, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLM), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). This role involves independently managing impactful projects, engaging directly with clients across Western Europe and the USA, and tackling complex business challenges with innovative AI solutions from conception to deployment. You will also stay ahead of AI trends and contribute to process enhancements.

Must Have

• Participate in AI projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery.
• Innovate and develop cutting-edge AI solutions that incorporate advanced technologies such as LLM, RAG, fraud detection, satellite imagery analysis.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand needs and deliver expert guidance and support.
• Stay ahead of AI trends, contributing to process enhancements and embracing learning opportunities.
• Proven record working on projects involving Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Machine Learning model development and deployment.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in areas related to AI/ML.
• Advanced programming skills in Python (pandas, plotly, numpy).
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong analytical mindset and sharp logical thinking.
• Creative approach to tackling complex challenges.
• Proven ability to deliver results independently.

Good to Have

• University degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or similar fields is beneficial.
• Proficiency in other programming languages is a plus.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases is a plus.
• Experience in generative AI models, including prompt engineering, is advantageous.
• Experience with Langfuse for logging, monitoring, or analyzing AI model behavior is beneficial.

Whether you are an experienced AI professional or have a solid foundation in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLM), or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), you will contribute to groundbreaking solutions across a variety of domains, including data science. • Natural Language Data Exploration: Develop dashboards powered by GenAI for intuitive business data analysis.
• Document Interaction: Design tools enabling seamless interaction with unstructured and structured text documents.
• Knowledge Assistant: Implement ERP transformation with GenAI tools to resolve employee inquiries efficiently.
• Agricultural Monitoring: Utilize Computer Vision for analyzing satellite imagery on a large scale.
• Automated Reconciliation: Create systems to identify anomalous transactions in accounting ledgers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Involvement: Participate in AI projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery.

Who We're Looking For:

• AI/ML Experience: Proven record working on projects involving Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Machine Learning model development and deployment.
• Professional Background: At least 1 year of professional experience in areas related to AI/ML.
• Educational Advantage: University degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or similar fields is beneficial.
• Programming Proficiency: Advanced programming skills in Python (pandas, plotly, numpy); proficiency in other programming languages is a plus.
• Database Expertise: Experience with SQL databases; familiarity with NoSQL is a plus.
• Generative AI Models: Experience in generative AI models, including prompt engineering, is advantageous.
• Monitoring Tools: Experience with Langfuse for logging, monitoring, or analyzing AI model behavior is beneficial.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset and sharp logical thinking.
• Problem Solving: Creative approach to tackling complex challenges.
