As a generalist, you will offer consulting services across various business applications, leveraging a broad understanding of software to assist clients in achieving strategic objectives through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

Must Have

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum: Google Associate Cloud Engineer certification
• 7+ years direct experience working in IT Infrastructure
• 3+ years in a customer facing role working with enterprise clients
• Experience in Identity and Access Management, networking, storage, compute infrastructure (servers, databases, firewalls, load balancers) for Implementing/maintaining cloud solutions in virtualized environments
• Experience in implementation of Networking, DevOps, Security, Compute, Storage, Containers, Kubernetes
• Experience in Managing large scale Windows/Linux environments
• Experience in advanced areas of networking, including Linux, software-defined networking, network virtualization, open protocols, application acceleration and load balancing, DNS, virtual private networks and their application to PaaS and IaaS technologies
• Experience with Relational Databases, NoSQL Databases and/or Big Data technologies (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres, Spark, Hadoop, other Open Source)
• Experience with application development concepts and technologies (e.g. CI/CD, Java, Python, Chef, Puppet, Ansible)
• Experience automating infrastructure provisioning, DevOps, and/or continuous integration/delivery
• Understanding of open source server software (such as NGINX, RabbitMQ, Redis, Elasticsearch)
• Knowledge of containerization and container orchestration technologies such as Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
• Customer facing migration experience, including service discovery, assessment, planning, execution, and operations
• Demonstrated excellent communication, presentation, and problem solving skills
• Experience with AEM’s SPA Editor and integrating AEM with front-end frameworks like React or Angular
• Knowledge of AEM’s MSM (Multi-site Manager) and Translation Framework
• Experience with AEM Cloud Services and migration to AEM as a Cloud Service
• Proficiency in using AEM’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) capabilities
• Experience in setting up and configuring AEM’s automated workflow
