Job Summary

As an AI/ML Engineer in the Griffin team, you will develop innovative AI solutions for complex security challenges, integrating them into Trend Micro products. You will also create AI-driven services to enhance internal team productivity by automating tasks and optimizing workflows. Furthermore, you will leverage AI and advanced ML techniques to analyze large datasets, uncover actionable insights, and drive strategic business improvements and decision-making for overall growth.

Must Have

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and approaches, including traditional supervised/unsupervised learning, agentic AI, computer vision, NLP, and LLM
  • Fluent in Python and rich experience in machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch…) for building models
  • Exceptional ability in data analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization techniques to derive insights from complex datasets
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and convey ideas and listen actively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Good to Have

  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in LLM fine-tuning
  • Familiar with AI tools
  • Experience in cloud services like AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Familiar with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark…)

[Our Role - AI/ML Engineer]

  • Solutions to Security Problems: As part of our team, you will utilize AI technologies to develop innovative solutions that address complex security challenges. Your role will involve investigating, analyzing, and detecting potential security risks, and constantly integrating with our products to safeguard our customers.
  • Deliver Productivity-Increasing Services: In this role, you will develop and deliver services that leverage AI to enhance productivity during our daily works. By automating manual tasks, optimizing workflows, and implementing AI-agent systems, you will enable internal teams to achieve greater efficiency and save valuable time and resources.
  • Business enhancement / Decision making: You will leverage AI capabilities to identify opportunities for enhancing our business operations. By analyzing large datasets, applying advanced algorithms and ML techniques, you will uncover actionable and valuable insights, meaningful patterns, trends, and predictions that drive strategic improvements, optimize processes, help decision making, and contribute to our overall growth and value.

[Qualifications / Requirements]

  • Educational Background: BS or MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields, with a strong passion and interest in AI, machine learning, and data science.
  • Machine Learning Expertise: Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and approaches, including traditional supervised/unsupervised learning, agentic AI, computer vision, NLP, and LLM.
  • Proficiency in Python and ML Libraries: fluent in Python and rich experience in machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch…) for building models.
  • Data Analysis and Visualization Skills: Exceptional ability in data analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization techniques to derive insights from complex datasets.
  • Team Collaboration and Communication: work effectively in a collaborative environment and convey ideas and listen actively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
