Must Have

• 4 to 7 years in end-to-end application migration and Modernization
• Primary skills: Application migration, broad experience migrating Apps from on-prem and AWS to Azure
• Ability to identify potential challenges to migration
• Experience sizing Applications in terms of R-Type and Complexity
• Experience of assessing applications to understand and articulate the correct technical approach to migration
• At least 4 years’ experience working on complex Azure migrations spanning multiple technologies (Windows, SQL, AKS, Oracle, .NET, Java)
• Experience working with Lead Architects and App owners to articulate challenges and guide to correct migration strategy
