iLogos Game Studios, established in 2006, is an outsourcing gamedev company that partners with major players like EA, Sony, and Ubisoft. They are rapidly growing and seeking a Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for diverse gamedev roles, from artists to technical specialists. This role offers autonomy, continuous learning, and the chance to contribute to games played by millions, working remotely on a flexible schedule.

Must Have

  • 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment (gamedev or creative industries strongly preferred).
  • Proven ability to learn new roles, tools, and hiring criteria quickly.
  • Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Comfort working in a fast-changing environment with shifting priorities.
  • Solid understanding of interview techniques and candidate evaluation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • At least upper-Intermediate English (spoken & written).

Good to Have

  • Previous experience hiring for gamedev roles (artists, engineers, designers, producers, QA).
  • Understanding of 2D/3D pipelines, game production workflows, or industry terminology.
  • Experience in outsourcing or agency environments.
  • Genuine passion for games or creative industries.

As an outsourcing gamedev company we work across a wide variety of genres, platforms, and art/engineering pipelines. Our teams support multiple projects - from slot games to stylized mobile titles and realistic AAA productions.

We are currently looking for a Recruiter who enjoys navigating new roles, learning quickly, and thriving in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.

As a Recruiter, you’ll manage end-to-end hiring processes for diverse gamedev roles - from 2D/3D artists to technical specialists, developers, designers, producers, and niche expert positions.

This role is ideal for someone who loves pace, autonomy, and continuous learning.

**What we’re looking for:**

  • 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment (gamedev or creative industries strongly preferred).

**What the role is about:**

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously (sourcing → screening → coordinating → offer stage).
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, ArtStation, GitHub, social networks, and professional communities.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' potential, cultural fit, and alignment with role requirements.
  • Prepare team members’ CVs in a corporate format for client requests.
  • Maintain and update the ATS, ensuring clear and accurate candidate pipelines.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role expectations and project needs.
  • Provide regular updates on pipelines, challenges, timelines, and market insights.
  • Quickly learn new gamedev roles, pipelines, and competencies as they appear in the company.
