Technical Sourcer

Braintrust is seeking a high-agency Technical Sourcer to scale its elite engineering team for product, infrastructure, and design roles. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to define roles, developing creative sourcing strategies, and identifying top-tier talent across various platforms. The sourcer will craft personalized outreach, conduct initial screens, and provide regular updates on sourcing progress and market insights, contributing to a best-in-class hiring experience.

Must Have

• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and come up with creative sourcing strategies
• Research, identify, and engage top-tier talent across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Twitter, etc.
• Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach to generate interest and pipeline quality candidates.
• Conduct initial screens and articulate compelling narratives that reflect Braintrust’s mission and career opportunities
• Provide weekly updates on sourcing progress, market insights, and candidate funnel health to recruiters and hiring teams
• 4+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally in early-stage startup environments
• Strong understanding of software engineering disciplines
• Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, X, and GitHub
• Excellent communication and outreach skills, able to get the attention of top talent
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
