Braintrust is seeking a GTM Recruiter to scale its go-to-market team, focusing on attracting, evaluating, and hiring exceptional sales and customer-facing talent. This role involves owning full-cycle recruiting, building candidate pipelines, partnering with hiring managers to define requirements, and acting as a trusted advisor. The recruiter will leverage data and tools to optimize hiring efficiency and champion Braintrust's mission.

Must Have

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and sales roles, from sourcing to closing
• Build a pipeline of great candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and drive strong candidate pipelines
• Act as a trusted advisor to both candidates and internal teams
• Leverage data and recruiting tools to track progress, optimize funnels, and improve hiring efficiency
• Represent Braintrust in the talent market and champion our mission, values, and culture
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on GTM, sales, or customer success roles in high-growth companies
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing recruiting agencies
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and other recruiting tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A data-driven mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement
