This role involves strategic partnership, high-volume execution, and innovation to engage high-level technical talent, providing an unparalleled candidate experience in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with enterprise-level backing.

Must Have

  • Manage high-volume, full-cycle recruiting across technical teams including AI, software engineering, hardware engineering, and design
  • Act as a strategic partner to business and technical leaders
  • Source, engage, and convert top-tier talent by providing a white-glove candidate experience
  • Develop repeatable strategies for hiring in ambiguous, frontier areas of R&D
  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience
  • Experience with full-life cycle recruiting for top-tier talent in software engineering
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills

  • Pilot and evaluate AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve speed, accuracy, and candidate experience
  • Collaborate on org design, compensation strategy, and talent forecasting alongside business and People leaders

About The Role

As a Senior Talent Engagement Partner, you’ll be a key driver of hiring success across AI, hardware, software, and design. This role blends strategic partnership, high-volume execution, and innovation to engage high-level technical talent through an unparalleled candidate experience.

This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with enterprise-level backing. We're a small team so you'll have the opportunity to work across multiple verticals. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, hiring managers, and fellow recruiters to refine hiring strategies, lead full-cycle recruiting, and prototype the future of AI-augmented hiring.

What You Might Do

  • Manage high-volume, full-cycle recruiting across technical teams including AI, software engineering, hardware engineering, and design
  • Act as a strategic partner to business and technical leaders through educating on market conditions, challenging assumptions, and advising on tradeoffs through data
  • Pilot and evaluate AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve speed, accuracy, and candidate experience
  • Source, engage, and convert top-tier talent by providing a white-glove candidate experience
  • Develop repeatable strategies for hiring in ambiguous, frontier areas of R&D, often before formal job descriptions exist
  • Collaborate on org design, compensation strategy, and talent forecasting alongside business and People leaders
  • Contribute to a culture of curiosity and creativity by continuously testing new tools and improving hiring processes

Essential Qualifications

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience
  • Experience with full-life cycle recruiting for top-tier talent in software engineering, with a preference for experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), software, and/or hardware
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills

Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time Employees)

The salary range for this role is listed above. Final salary offered is based upon multiple factors including individual job-related qualifications, education, experience, knowledge and skills.
