Job Summary
Resources Valley is seeking an IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to negotiating and finalizing offers for IT professionals. The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of IT skills and technologies, be capable of handling multiple requirements simultaneously, and meet aggressive deadlines. Responsibilities include utilizing job boards like Naukri, Monster, and LinkedIn, building candidate pipelines, and demonstrating strong multitasking and teamwork abilities.
Must Have
- Handle entire recruitment process: resourcing, searching, screening, target hunting, negotiating, recruiting
- Manage recruitment cycle: job posting, job board searches, business & sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating salaries, finalizing offers
- Source, interview, and hire IT professionals for multiple projects
- Excellent understanding of IT Skills & Technologies
- Meet aggressive deadlines and handle multiple high priority requirements simultaneously
- Hands-on exposure to job boards (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn) and headhunting techniques
- Build active pipeline of candidates
- Ability to multitask and handle constructive work pressure
- Extremely motivated self-starter with ability to multi task and prioritize
- Strong team player with a positive mindset to drive results

Job Description
Candidates must be capable of handling the entire recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, target hunting, negotiating, and recruiting candidates.
• Manage recruitment cycle including positing of jobs, job board searches, business & sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating salaries and finalizing offers to prospective candidates.
• Prime responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing and hiring of IT professionals for multiple projects and assignments in the IT services / Product industry
• Must have excellent understating of IT Skills & Technologies and should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
• Must be able to meet aggressive deadlines and handle multiple high priority requirements at any given time.
• Should have hands-on exposure working on job boards such as Naukri, monster, LinkedIn & other headhunting techniques.
• Build active pipeline of candidates for current and future pipeline
• Ability to multitask and handle constructive Work pressure, especially in peak hiring periods.
• Candidate should be extremely motivated self-starter with ability to multi task and prioritize.
• Strong team player and a lead with positive mind-set to drive results from the team
