This role involves ACG content operations, focusing on content research, localization quality control for Chinese and Japanese texts, voice actor casting support, and IP collaboration. The ideal candidate has a passion for ACG, trilingual proficiency in Chinese, Japanese, and Korean, high localization sensitivity, strong information integration, communication, and collaboration skills, and proficiency in office tools. Responsibilities include providing content strategy, ensuring text consistency, managing voice recording, and facilitating IP partnerships.

Must Have

  • Passion for ACG and content industry, with extensive knowledge of Japanese ACG works
  • Trilingual ability (spoken/written) in Chinese, Japanese, and Korean
  • High localization sensitivity, understanding terminology consistency, cultural adaptation, and readability
  • Good information integration and output ability for research and structured insights
  • Solid communication and collaboration skills to drive cross-departmental cooperation
  • Proficiency in Docs/Word, Sheets/Excel, Slides/PowerPoint
  • Strong sense of responsibility for content execution and follow-up

Good to Have

  • Localization/editing/proofreading or game text experience; translation/subtitle group experience preferred
  • Understanding of voice actor market and recording process; experience with audition evaluation, in-studio recording, and revision follow-up preferred
  • Proficiency in English conversation, reading, and writing is a plus

What the Role Entails

Job Responsibilities

1. Content Research and Strategy Support: Provide content research and direction suggestions based on competitor and user insights.

2. China-Japan Localization Quality Control: Manage the consistency and readability of Chinese and Japanese texts to improve localization quality.

3. Voice Actor Casting and Recording Support: Assist with casting and recording, ensuring appropriate voice acting and efficient execution.

4. Content Supervision and IP Collaboration: Promote content supervision processes and coordinate relevant IP collaboration matters.

Who We Look For

Required Skills

  • Passion for ACG and content industry, with extensive knowledge and independent thinking on Japanese ACG works (games + α).
  • Trilingual ability (spoken/written) in Chinese/Japanese/Korean, able to evaluate Japanese localization quality and propose actionable optimization suggestions.
  • High localization sensitivity, understanding and grasping principles such as: terminology consistency, tone and character consistency, cultural adaptation, readability.
  • Good information integration and output ability, able to independently complete competitor/theme research, data retrieval and structured output (summary of key points, insights and suggestions).
  • Solid communication and collaboration skills, able to clearly express views in multi-party collaboration and promote cross-departmental cooperation.
  • Tool proficiency: proficient in Docs/Word, Sheets/Excel, Slides/PowerPoint.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, able to strictly execute and follow up on content within the scope of responsibility.

Bonus Points

Salary

Annual salary: Negotiable (with raises/bonuses)

  • *Consideration will be given to experience, skills, etc., and preferential treatment will be provided according to company regulations.*
  • *For general employees, fixed overtime pay for 35 hours/month is included.*
  • *For managerial positions, fixed overtime pay for 10 hours/month is included.*

Working Hours and Holidays

Working hours: 09:30 ~ 18:30, Break time: 60 minutes

Flex-time available

Paid leave: For the first year, prorated based on the joining month. Up to 22 days based on years of service.
