Job Description

The Global HR Business Partner will provide strategic HR partnership to the global engineering group within Connection Systems, aligning HR strategies with business goals across all regions. This role also serves as the local HR Business Partner for Connection Systems employees in Krakow, supporting daily HR operations, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives. Responsibilities include advising business leaders, implementing HR strategies, tracking performance, and participating in global HR projects.
Must have:
  • Act as an advisor and partner to the business, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals globally
  • Work with business leaders to understand objectives and provide guidance on HR matters
  • Support development and implementation of HR strategies for Global CS Engineering
  • Implement processes and procedures, tracking improvements in HR communication and Aptiv culture
  • Act as onsite HR Business Partner for Connection Systems managers and employees in Krakow Tech Center
  • Collaborate with CoE of Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on various matters
  • Support leaders in evaluating employee satisfaction and execute organizational initiatives
  • Track and regularly report on HR performance compared to goals, KPIs, and improvement targets
  • Work closely with business leaders on Human Resources Planning & Budgeting
  • Actively participate in various HR projects in Europe and Globally
  • Professional training or relevant professional experience in human resources, Master's degree/MBA
  • 10 years of relevant experience in a corporate multinational company across the globe
  • Knowledge of MS Office, SAP, Workday
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proven experience in supporting or managing organizations of 1,000+ employees

Job Details

In this role, the Global HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing strategic HR partnership to the global engineering group within Connection Systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and talent strategies across all regions. Additionally, the HRBP will serve as the local HR Business Partner for all Connection Systems employees based in Krakow, supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.

YOUR ROLE

  • Acting as an advisor and partner to the business, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals on a global scale
  • Working with business leaders to understand their objectives, provide guidance on HR matters, and ensure effective implementation of HR policies and practices across different regions
  • Support development and implementation of HR strategies for Global CS Engineering aligned with business goals
  • Implementation of processes and procedures, tracking improvements in HR communication and Aptiv culture and values
  • Acting as onsite HR Business Partner for Connection Systems managers and employees in Krakow Tech Center
  • Closely collaborate with CoE of Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management for development of succession plans, compensation alignment and people resources initiatives globally
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on various matters
  • Supporting Regional, Organizational, and Functional leaders in evaluating employee satisfaction
  • Execute organizational initiatives and support further growth of employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Tracking and regular reporting on HR performance compared to goals, KPIs, and improvement targets
  • Closely work with business leaders on Human Resources Planning & Budgeting
  • Actively participate in various HR projects in Europe and Globally

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Theoretical and/or practical education: Professional training or relevant professional experience in human resources, Master's degree/MBA
  • 10 years of relevant experience in corporate multinational company across the globe
  • Knowledge of MS Office, SAP, Workday
  • Communication skills and assertiveness
  • Independent and goal-oriented work approach
  • Excellent communication skills, preferably in English (German will be an advantage)
  • Proven experience in supporting or managing organizations of 1,000+ employees
