Job Description

The Facility Technician will be responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of automated equipment, including PLC programming and electrical control systems. Key duties involve independent equipment repair, fault diagnosis, and routine inspection and maintenance. Candidates should possess mechanical and electrical repair capabilities, be able to read electrical drawings, and have 1-3 years of experience in automated equipment maintenance, particularly with warehouse logistics equipment.
Must have:
  • Familiarity with PLC programming and electrical control systems.
  • Ability to independently handle automated equipment failures.
  • Possess mechanical and electrical maintenance capabilities.
  • Ability to read electrical drawings.
  • Independently complete equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Perform equipment inspection and maintenance.
  • Hold an electrician certificate.
  • Technical secondary school or above in mechanical, electrical, or automation related majors.
  • 1-3 years of experience in automated equipment maintenance.
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with automated warehouse equipment (e.g., stacker cranes, four-way shuttles, conveyor belts, AGV trolleys, CTU).
  • Experience with automatic warehousing systems (WCS, WMS, Hikvision RCS).

Work Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in automated equipment maintenance, familiar with automated warehouse equipment (such as stacker cranes, four-way shuttles, conveyor belts, AGV trolleys, CTU and other logistics equipment).
