General Summary:
This individual possesses the solid engineering fundamentals and understanding with some supervision in the architecting, designing, implementing, verifying, and optimizing performance and power of GPU cores. Responsible for building functional modeling simulations, developing software, tools, and tests for various graphics workloads, running benchmarks for different applications, and performing pre- and post-silicon verification to verify correctness and ensure performance and power goals are met. Participates at design reviews and project meetings.
Will accept a Master's Degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related degree field. Will also accept a Bachelor's Degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related degree field and three (3) years of experience in a related occupation. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
