Job Description

The Growth Executive at Schbang Digital Solutions will leverage data analytics to identify growth opportunities, collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies aligned with company goals, analyze user behavior to optimize conversion rates, and implement KPIs to track success. Responsibilities include A/B testing, reporting to stakeholders, staying updated on industry trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey. The role requires utilizing data analytics tools, understanding business objectives, and working closely with marketing, product, and design teams for effective strategy execution.

Must have:

Data analytics expertise
Growth strategy development
User behavior analysis
KPI implementation & monitoring
A/B testing & experimentation
Cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities:

Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to identify growth opportunities and trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand business objectives and develop growth strategies aligned with company goals.
Analyze user behavior and engagement metrics to optimize conversion rates and improve user experience.
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of growth initiatives.
Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to execute growth strategies effectively.
Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing efforts and improve performance.
Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on the progress and effectiveness of growth initiatives.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in growth marketing and data analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize growth opportunities and enhance the customer journey.
