Job Description

Rovio is part of the SEGA family and world famous for our flagship IP Angry Birds. We are looking for a Growth Manager to join our studio, Ruby Games, in Izmir, Türkiye. This role involves developing and executing user acquisition strategies, managing performance marketing campaigns, and analyzing key metrics to scale player growth. You will collaborate with product and data teams, discover new channels, and contribute to creative ideation, advancing the gaming industry with engaging player experiences.
Good To Have:
  • Preferably a university degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or similar.
Must Have:
  • Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to scale player growth for our games.
  • Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Applovin, Mintegral, etc.).
  • Track and analyze key metrics (CPI, LTV, ROAS) to ensure efficient growth.
  • Conduct A/B tests to improve creatives, targeting, and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with product and data teams to define KPIs and ensure alignment with overall game goals.
  • Discover new growth channels and partnership opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and marketing technologies.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to uncover insights and creative strategies.
  • Contribute to creative ideation, generating and testing new concepts, themes, and visual directions.

You will have impact and fun at work by doing:

Experience and skills we are looking for:

  • Preferably a university degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or similar.
  • Previous work or internship experience in mobile games or app user acquisition preferably on UA or Performance/Digital Marketing.
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative perspective in developing user acquisition and monetization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
