The Growth and Marketing Manager will support marketing and new business functions, collaborating with the EMEA Marketing Director and Chief Growth Officer. This role involves managing the Growth and Marketing Assistant. Responsibilities include managing marketing initiatives, leading internal/external communications, organizing events, developing marketing collateral, managing digital marketing, building community, conducting market research, providing administrative support, managing the team, developing strategies for top-of-funnel growth, and monitoring/analyzing growth metrics. Growth and Marketing Manager (FTC)

12 month Fixed Term Contract

The role

The Growth and Marketing Manager will support the marketing and new business functions of the business, working closely with the EMEA Marketing Director and the Chief Growth Officer. This role involves managing the Growth and Marketing Assistant and is ideal for someone who is hungry to learn, has the energy and appetite for the agency world, and is eager to contribute to the growth and success of Tag Worldwide.

  • Marketing Execution: Drive and manage large-scale marketing initiatives, including content creation, PR, events, lead generation campaigns, award submissions, and partnership campaigns.
  • Communications Management: Lead internal and external communications for Tag technology, including newsletters, client updates, product launches, and business updates.
  • Event Coordination: Organise events, workshops, and meetings to showcase Tag technology opportunities internally and externally.
  • Content Creation: Develop and manage case studies, success stories, decks, one-pagers, and other marketing collateral. Generate ideas for market activation, product announcements, and client engagement strategies.
  • Digital Marketing: Co-manage publishing calendars for LinkedIn and Tag Insights to maximise awareness and engagement. Direct website projects, including copy, UX, design, ensuring optimal functionality and branding.
  • Community Building: Maintain and build an internal community and understanding of our services, products, and tech offering, such as arranging regular educational forums and contributing to resource hubs.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to support marketing strategies.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the EMEA Marketing Director and Chief Growth Officer, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor the Growth and Marketing Assistant, ensuring their development and effective contribution to the team.
  • Top-of-Funnel Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive top-of-funnel growth, including lead generation and nurturing activities to attract new clients and expand market reach.
  • Growth Metrics: Monitor and analyse growth metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimise performance.
