We're looking for an experienced and proactive first sales hire that will support our Enterprise Go to Market motion. This role is pivotal in building our Enterprise strategy, bridging our product development with market adoption, and driving growth and user engagement.

What you'll do:
Develop key strategies for sourcing and developing our Enterprise GTM motion.
Maintain and expand existing Enterprise relationships, while prospecting for expansion opportunities.
Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics, informing product positioning and messaging.
Become an expert on Krea’s product and conduct discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations to prospective customers.
Work closely with our product team to ensure cohesive and effective execution of GTM plans.
Work with our executive team to hire, train, and develop enterprise sales team.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of GTM strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Example experience and skills we're looking for:
2-3 years of experience as an Account Executive at high-growth early stage startups.
Ability to develop forward-looking strategies that align with business goals and market opportunities.
Proficiency in analyzing market data, customer insights, and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate value propositions and collaborate across teams.
Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely and successful execution.
Comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment and adjusting strategies in response to market feedback.
Clear interests in AI and creative tooling, either through work experience, side projects, or event attendance.

A proactive AE with 1-3 years of experience at Figma, Framer.io, Snap, and other recent design-focused startups.
