THE ROLE
We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded and hands-on Head of Operations to join our Sydney-based team. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence across the organisation. With an AI-first mindset, you will own critical systems and tools, lead our sales and revenue operations and work closely with the executive team to implement scalable strategies that support our rapid growth and global vision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be our AI evangelist, identifying opportunities to embed intelligent automation and generative AI into workflows, sales processes, and reporting systems.
- Lead and optimize sales and revenue operations, ensuring systems, processes and teams drive efficiency and growth.
- Develop and implement a company-wide operational strategy that scales with the business and supports long-term objectives.
- Own and manage internal systems and tools, ensuring alignment across departments and improving data-driven decision-making.
- Identify and lead special strategic initiatives that sit across departments or require unique problem-solving (superhero cape required).
- Partner with the Executive Team to develop and execute on the global strategy, providing insight into process improvements, commercial opportunities and scalable practices.
- Champion cross-functional alignment across Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance teams.
- Build and maintain operational dashboards, analytics and reporting frameworks to ensure visibility and accountability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in efficiency, reliability and commercial outcomes.
Requirements
- AI-centric mindset, eager to transform processes with intelligent technologies.
- Experience in an operations or revenue operations role within a fast-paced SaaS or technology business.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to align operational efforts with business goals.
- Demonstrated experience owning and optimising systems and tools (e.g. Salesforce, Pardot, Xero, Slack, etc).
- Exceptional communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management abilities with a proven track record of leading complex initiatives.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to make decisions backed by analytics and insights.
- Passion for efficiency, scalability and high-performance operations.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to dive into challenges outside of a traditional role definition.
