Nine is undertaking a monumental project to unify our customer view across all media platforms, and we're looking for a Head of Sales CRM to lead the charge!
Reporting into the Head of Yield & Inventory, you will be the business-side product owner of our Sales CRM, serving as the voice of our national sales organisation. You'll also lead and mentor a small team of CRM specialists. Your mission will be to champion a new, multi-platform CRM, ensuring it's not only functional but also seamlessly integrated into the daily workflow of our sales teams.
