Job Description
Neolytix is seeking a Bilingual Medical Virtual Assistant in Buenos Aires. This role involves preparing and assembling medical records, ensuring compliance, updating patient history, and preparing documentation for physicians. Responsibilities include monitoring lab results, adhering to HIPAA and Joint Commission policies, and performing clerical duties to improve provider productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a dedicated workspace, and the ability to work full-time in the provided schedule.

Job description
- Prepares and assembles medical record documentation/charts for physician
- Ensures medical record compliance by self-documentation attestation.
- Updates patient history, physical exam, and other pertinent health information in the patient
- Prepares and sends all documentation to physician for review and approval via authentication of detailed data entry and facility-specific procedures.
- Monitors the duration of basic lab results and screening procedures.
- Complies with hospital and medical facility policies, including those relating to HIPAA and Joint Commission.
- Performs other clerical duties and tasks to improve provider productivity and clinic workflow as assigned.
Required Equipment:
- Laptop/Desktop with at least i5 processor and 8gb of ram
- Internet Speed of 35mbps and above
- Noise Cancelling Headset/Webcam
- Dedicated place at home for work
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: USD $650 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- 8 am to 5 pm
- Monday to Friday
