For our HR team at the Berlin location, we are looking for an HR Advisor (m/w/d) as parental leave cover starting November 2025. The position is fixed-term and can be performed full-time or part-time.
As part of our agile team, you will handle daily operational tasks with the utmost care and professionalism, while working closely with the HR Managers.
You can expect varied and independent activities, such as:
First point of contact for questions in personnel matters, including advice and support for all employees in your area of responsibility.
From onboarding new employees to parental leave regulations and transfers to offboarding – you play a central role in the entire employee lifecycle.
You ensure that all documents are correctly created and recorded and managed in the HR tool Workday.
Identification of potential for improvement and implementation of ideas for increasing efficiency, in close cooperation with other departments.
