About the role
This role will primarily be supporting the people and culture agenda for Export markets across all functions, and it will report to the BU CEE HR Head and be part of the CEE BU HR team. The HRBP Export Markets will have a good understanding of the strategic priorities of CEE and as well as HR and alignment of operational activities.
Key Responsibilities and Accountability:
Diagnose the need for and manage key people-related projects aligned to business strategy especially across licence to operate and EVP (including Employee Engagement and ER & IR), capability, and organizational performance. The HR Business Partner aligned to CEE Export Markets will protect licence to operate in Kazakhstan and will diagnose & deploy appropriate people and culture interventions to deliver the Global Haleon people and culture strategy, the business strategy and, as a result, further improve business performance
License to operate & Risk Management
- Define and execute local risk activity including audits, country-level mitigation plans, QA toolkits & privacy
- Define, develop and implement countries specific HR policies and processes in line with global policies
- Crisis management HR in partnership with the local leadership (E.g. payroll, data breach, IR/ER)
- Act as first point of contact for Export markets business in terms of topics escalated through HR model
- In partnership with HRBL/HRBPs, legal or others, ensure effective support to employee relations in-country and ensuring effective risk management of HR activities.
- In partnership with the HRBLs and COEs, support the deployment of the right employee related communication tools and support implementation of in market change
- Proactive and positive representation of Haleon on country people networks, representative groups, professional bodies and government agencies where appropriate.
- Support Cluster LT and managers in the delivery of key, standardized HR activities
- Respond to complex queries from managers and employees referred from Service Hubs
- Key delivery channel for initiatives developed by the HR Centers of Excellence, HRBLs and HR Services either directly or in partnership
- Drive standardization and improvement across and within business units in order to standardize, simplify and continuously improve HR service delivery
- Support managers to create a positive employee environment.
- Diagnose and/or deliver change projects in line with the HR agenda defined by the HRBL.
- As aligned with in country scope and in context of the current employment environment, resolve ER/IR issues and implement strategies to reduce such issues and enhance performance.
Leadership Development
- Provide coaching to leaders to support their capability to deliver the people & culture agenda, especially around HR systems, processes and ways of working
- Support HR change management, driving operational tasks to self-service and People Services for execution
Culture – Employee Engagement, & Employee & Industrial Relations
- Build employee engagement by leveraging global frameworks and resources
- Partner with & coach leaders to build an inclusive & high performing team environment
- Lead industrial relations, managing local union/works council labour relations including negotiation on collective agreements where required based on a clear understanding of legal & regulatory environment
- Local employee relations advisory & delivery with link into Global ER CoE, including management of investigations on occasion.
Organisational Performance
- Project management and execution of restructuring and/or broader change programmes
- Partner with the business & Reward CoE/people services to apply strategic reward solutions and support C&B operational activity
- Support delivery of the annual Performance & Rewards & global rewards & benefits programmes
HR Capability Building
- Active member of the CH HR Community, building internal networks and relationships across the model
- Focus on personal development to build business partner capabilities
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
- Multi-country set up experience brought from FMCG/ Consumer Products or similar industry
- HR Business Partnering and/or supporting a small business unit or function, with a proven track record of building and delivering an HR agenda that fuels business performance and organisation development
- Managing HR Projects, tracking key project milestones, deliverable and metrics aligned to HR objectives
- Experience with and strong understanding of key HR processes (e.g. recruitment, performance management, talent management etc).
- Experience working with data to create insight and diagnose future talent/culture risks and opportunities
- Experience of being a driver of change management initiatives, culture development, & engagement programmes
- Experience working with and influencing multiple senior stakeholders within the business and in a matrix HR function
- Educated to degree level in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related combination of education & experience providing the required knowledge, skills & abilities
- Fluent in English, Russian language is highly expected
Location – this role is based either in Poland, Warsaw or Hungary, Budapest
