Job Description

This HR Curricular Internship at Bosch Car Multimedia Portugal involves monitoring the professional life cycle of employees in Innovation and Development, focusing on organizational commitment and retention. The intern will support HR processes, acquire new skills, perform activities autonomously, and assist in implementing new people management tools and career development plans. Responsibilities also include supporting recruitment, employee engagement, integration, and administrative HR tasks. The role requires teamwork, planning, communication skills, and knowledge of HR processes, Excel, SAP, and HR tools.
Must Have:
  • Monitoring employee professional life cycle, focusing on organizational commitment and retention.
