Your contribution to something bigger:

• Monitoring the professional life cycle of employees in the Innovation and Development areas, with a particular focus on organizational commitment and retention management;

• Monitoring HR processes;

• Acquiring knowledge and skills in processes;

• Performing HR activities autonomously and proactively;

• Supporting the introduction of new people management processes;

• Monitoring the acquisition of knowledge related to the recruitment and selection process;

• Providing support in the implementation of new tools and measures in the Employee Engagement area;

• Supporting the HR management team in defining and applying new career and development plans, as well as talent retention measures;

• Support in the integration, monitoring, and dismissal process of employees;

• General support in HR administrative activities;

• Support in HR processes.
