Trackman is seeking a proactive and organized Student Assistant to join their HR team, focusing on administrative tasks crucial for smooth onboarding, offboarding, and recruitment. This role involves acting as a key link between HR, IT, and Finance, managing surveys, scheduling interviews, maintaining the ATS, and handling various administrative duties across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate thrives on structure, attention to detail, and takes ownership of recurring processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy in the candidate and employee journey.
Must have:
  • Acting as a key link between HR, IT, and Finance during onboarding and offboarding
  • Sending out onboarding and exit surveys and tracking responses
  • Scheduling interviews and uploading candidate assessments
  • Maintaining a clean and organized pipeline in our ATS (Recruitee Talent)
  • Handling various administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle
  • Owning recurring processes and ensuring they are completed reliably and on time
  • Be a bachelor’s or master’s student, ideally with at least one year left of your studies
  • Thrive with administrative tasks and enjoy creating structure and clarity
  • Be independent and resourceful
  • Be fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Have strong attention to detail and take pride in delivering high-quality work
  • Enjoy working behind the scenes and understand the importance of the “small things” in HR

About the role

You’ll be joining a growing HR team in a company that’s revolutionizing sports technology, working with the biggest names in golf and beyond. In this role, you’ll support both Employee Experience and Talent Acquisition with administrative tasks that are critical to the candidate and employee journey. Your contributions will help ensure that processes are efficient, accurate, and people-focused.

What we offer

You’ll join a friendly and collaborative HR team where we value ownership, humor, and helping each other succeed. While your role is primarily administrative, it carries real responsibility and the chance to make a daily impact. You’ll be working closely with both our HR Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Specialist – and you'll have room to grow as you gain more experience.

We expect you to work approx. 15 hours per week – typically two full days – and we’re flexible around your studies and exam periods.
