Ubisoft Sofia made its mark as a lead studio in the creation of AC Liberation, AC Rogue, and the mythological expansion of AC Origins “The Curse of the Pharaohs”. Following this success, Ubisoft Sofia contributed as a co-dev studio to the creation of Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 and led the production of its second episode “Pentagon, The Last Castle” in 2019. The latest achievement of the teams in Sofia is the creation of the most ambitious expansion in the Assassin's Creed franchise history – AC Valhalla “Dawn of Ragnarök”, released in March 2022. Currently the teams at Sofia are hard at work in the development of Assassin's Creed Mirage.

Job Description

Your role

As HR Specialist your functions will be related to supporting our HR Team in terms of all HR functions.

The position is a temporary replacement with 2-year temporary contract.

*Please, note that our Studio is based in Sofia and in terms of our hybrid model of work, working within the Bulgarian boundaries would be required.

PROVIDE GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

By preparing different statistics, reports and procedures regarding personnel

SUPPORT THE HR PARTNERS

In their day-to-day activities

PARTICIPATE IN DIFFERENT STUDIO ACTIVITIES

Your skills

EXPERIENCE

• At least 1 year of professional experience on a similar position

KNOWLEDGE

• Strong understanding of the different aspects of HR and the HR role

• Desire to learn and develop in the HR field Proficiency in English and MS Office package
