Werkstudent/-in im Bereich Human Resources
Was dich erwartet:
- Du unterstützt bei der allgemeinen Personalverwaltung (Zeiterfassungssystem, Personalmanagementsystem und Personalaktenpflege)
- Du übernimmst eigenständig administrative Personalaufgaben (Vertrags- und Zeugniserstellung, Bescheinigungswesen)
- Du unterstützt im operativen Tagesgeschäft, führst das Mitarbeiter-Onboarding durch und wirkst bei organisatorischen Themen mit
- Du wirkst konzeptionell und bei verschiedenen HR-Projekte mit (z.B. Newsletter-Gestaltung o.ä.)
Was du mitbringst:
- Du bist immatrikulierter Studierende/r der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal oder Wirtschaftspsychologie, Psychologie, Sprach- und/oder Literaturwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Du konntest idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen im HR-Bereich sammeln
- Du besitzt gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du hast sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Du bist eine kommunikationsstarke und teamfähige Person mit ausgeprägter Eigenmotivation und strukturierter Arbeitsweise
