Collaborate with team leaders for team management and construction, focusing on personnel development and conducting team building. 3. Build internal communication bridges and channels, establish effective and diversified communication channels and methods within the team, promote effective information transfer, promote team and organizational atmosphere construction, and create a safe and creative environment. 4.
