Job Description

The HRIS Coordinator will support the administration of all employee transactions within the HRIS system (ADP Workforce Now), ensuring timely and accurate processing. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized professional with a service-oriented mindset, responsible for maintaining confidentiality and integrity. Key duties include processing employee data, managing system transactions, providing technical guidance, ensuring compliance with HR policies and data privacy, and performing system audits and reporting.
Must have:
  • Process and maintain employee data within HRIS system
  • Process data changes and perform system transactions
  • Provide and verify information for accurate processing
  • Provide customer service, technical guidance, and system coaching
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and data privacy regulations
  • Maintain functional knowledge of HR processes and compliance
  • Participate in system updates, testing, and training related to HR systems
  • Perform regular system audits of HRIS data
  • Create and provide standard and ad hoc data queries or reports
  • Maintain accurate records within different HR systems
  • Maintain extreme confidentiality and security of employee data
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy requirements
  • Maintain knowledge of HR and HR systems developments
  • Create and maintain workflow process guides, training material, and process map documentation
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to employees and stakeholders
  • Basic understanding of HR processes, compliance, and best practices
  • Experience with data entry, report generation, and system troubleshooting
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in G-Suite tools
Good to have:
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources, information systems, business administration, or a related field
  • One to Three (1-3) years of experience in HRIS support, HR administration, or related HR technology functions
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platforms
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge

The HRIS Coordinator will support the administration of all employee transactions within our HRIS system (ADP Workforce Now) and ensure timely and accurate transaction processing. Ziff Davis is seeking a detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a high level of confidentiality, integrity, and a service-oriented mindset. The HRIS Coordinator will also ensure the accuracy and completeness of employee onboarding and lifecycle documentation, including I-9s, policy acknowledgements, and forms across other HR platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and maintain employee data within our HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and completeness across all modules, including personal information and employment details.
  • Process data changes and perform system transactions based on workflows, including new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, compensation, title changes, and employee documents.
  • Provide and verify information to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.
  • Provide customer service, technical guidance, and system coaching to end users while overseeing system processes, workflow, and data administration of employee information, ensuring data integrity and quality of HRIS and all other connected systems.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and data privacy regulations.
  • Maintain functional knowledge of HR processes and compliance.
  • Participate in system updates, testing, and training related to HR systems.
  • Perform regular system audits of HRIS data to identify and resolve inconsistencies or errors in employee data.
  • Create and provide standard and ad hoc data queries or reports as requested.
  • Maintain accurate records within different HR systems by uploading appropriate documents to correct employee files.
  • Maintain extreme confidentiality and security of employee data.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of HR and HR systems developments.
  • Create and maintain workflow process guides, training material, and process map documentation.

Job Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources, information systems, business administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered
  • One to Three (1-3) years of experience in HRIS support, HR administration, or related HR technology functions preferred
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platforms is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to employees and stakeholders
