The Image Content Producer at Hogarth oversees all imagery for print for a leading tech client, ensuring flawless development and execution of world-class communications. This role involves close partnership with other producer teams to maintain an on-brand visual experience across platforms by creating assets for printed material and marketing. The primary focus is managing the image production process, working with the Program Manager and Studio Team to plan, track, and drive deadlines for new and existing images. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, flexible, collaborative, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Must have:

  • Participate in project kickoffs, content meetings, and reviews
  • Facilitate relationships between external and internal partners
  • Plan, manage, and track asset procurement
  • Own quality control (QC) of all assets
  • Handle day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting production challenges
  • Identify more efficient workflows with internal and external partner teams
  • Coordinate with creative and development teams for global content needs
  • Develop detailed instructional briefs for Geo production teams
  • Partner with localization teams to provide scope
  • Ensure successful training of newly hired producers
  • Track imagery status of project and provide weekly/daily status updates
  • Brief projects to production studio with clear annotation and instructions
  • Manage risk and escalate issues in a timely fashion
  • Solid understanding of complex layer structures and effects in Photoshop
  • Manage workload independently while supporting other production artists
  • Effectively lead and communicate overall campaign timelines, deliverables, and resourcing needs
  • Navigate contending priorities, allocate resources appropriately, and mitigate challenges
  • Quickly process detailed information and capture the “big picture” for a clear point-of-view
  • Track record of partnership and collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Deliver quality assets at high volume in a tight timeframe
  • Identify and eliminate time-sensitive bottlenecks
  • Balance priorities within an ever-changing work environment
  • Successfully apply cumulative knowledge gain to future projects
  • Experience using Content Management Systems
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe suites of products
  • Strong knowledge of Keynote and Pages
  • Excellent knowledge of digital file management and server navigation
  • 3-6 years of experience as a producer in a creatively-driven advertising agency or equivalent in-house teams
  • Bachelor’s degree required

What does a Image Content Producer (Print) do at Hogarth?

The Image Content Producer is responsible for overseeing all imagery that appear in print for our leading tech client to ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications. The role maintains close partnership with other producer teams to ensure a flawless execution of an on-brand visual experience across various platforms by creating assets that support printed material and marketing.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, flexible, and highly collaborative. Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills are required. The Image Content Producer must feel comfortable presenting to various levels of leadership and varying types of audiences (one-to-one or larger groups). The ability to deliver clear and concise communication is a must.

The primary focus of this position is to manage the process for the production of images by working with the Program Manager and Studio Team to plan, track, and drive deadlines for new and existing images.

Key responsibilities:

  • Help to establish and lead communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of information and asset deliverables
  • Participate in project kickoffs, content meetings, reviews, and other project-based meetings as needed
  • Facilitate relationships between external and internal partners, ensuring up-to-date information is communicated
  • Plan, manage, and track asset procurement throughout the production process to facilitate accurate and timely delivery
  • Own quality control (QC) of all assets coming from, and going out to vendors, studio teams, etc.
  • Handle day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of production challenges
  • Work closely with internal and external partner teams to identify more efficient workflows
  • Plan and execute internal and external workflows, ensuring an effective exchange of information and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with creative and development teams to understand and document the full breath of global content needs including the creation of detailed content matrices, screens, and hardware
  • Develop detailed instructional briefs for Geo production teams
  • Partner with localization teams to provide scope based on marketing communication plans
  • Ensure the successful training of newly hired producers
  • Track imagery status of project and provide weekly/daily status updates
  • Responsible for briefing of projects to production studio and ensuring clear annotation and instructions are provided to the team
  • Experience of managing risk and escalating issues in a timely fashion
  • Solid understanding of the technical side of complex layer structures and effects in Photoshop
  • Demonstrated reliable judgement as to manage workload independently while working as a team player to support other production artists as required to meet deadlines

Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
