The position is based in the Southwest district, ideally Bordeaux, with over 50% travel.

  • Technical training Bac+4/5 level, such as an Engineering School
  • Significant experience in project management (technical coordination of equipment or IT, Telecom, or electronic systems installation)
  • Proficiency in IT tools (office automation, AutoCAD technical drawing)
  • Excellent sense of service towards internal and external clients and good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and coordinate various stakeholders, manage priorities, and pressure
  • Strong organizational skills, problem-solving, reactivity, and decision-making
  • Fluent French and English, both oral and written, are essential

Job Description

Imaging Project Manager - Southwest M/F

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Coordinate the installation and commissioning projects for new imaging equipment at our clients' sites in the Southwest region. You play a key role in the success of the partnership established between Philips and its clients, ensuring that the equipment is installed and commissioned under the conditions planned and negotiated with clients.

Your main missions are to

  • From the pre-sales phase, evaluate the client site's configuration needs for the installation of imaging equipment, associated budgets, and deadlines.
  • Establish the installation and commissioning project plan, in consultation with all project stakeholders: key contacts at the client, Philips sales representatives, suppliers, and service providers (in France and internationally).
  • Manage the installation projects of products and systems at the client's site, as agreed in the contract and with predetermined constraints.
  • Lead the teams responsible for achieving project objectives, in accordance with guidelines and client expectations.
  • Take leadership on the acquisition phase and project planning preparation, ensure internal and external resources, manage execution, and control budget, schedule, and risks.
  • Participate in major tender processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement/LEAN by participating in improvement projects.

This position is based in the Southwest district, ideally in Bordeaux (more than 50% travel).

You are part of

The Project Management team, reporting to the Project Management Manager. You work in close collaboration with the District Manager, Sales Engineers, Operations Director, and Sector Technical Managers.

Your strengths to succeed in this position
