Job Description

At PwC, this Senior Manager role in Consulting focuses on optimizing project portfolios and overseeing multiple projects to align with organizational goals. Must have:
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment of project vision and delivery with broader organizational goals and stakeholder priorities.
  • Oversee the implementation agency’s activities and guide the resolution of critical delivery issues.
  • Lead agile adoption efforts and champion digital innovation and best practices.
  • Serve as a key escalation point and advisor on matters related to program delivery, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Contribute to planning and execution of DPRs, RFPs, and related governance documents.
  • Ensure effective stakeholder engagement across multiple agencies and departments.
  • Drive end-to-end accountability for program milestones, resource planning, and delivery assurance.
  • Successfully delivered at least 15 large-scale projects, with experience in 5 or more agile programs involving diverse Indian stakeholders.
  • Played leadership roles in both national and international contexts.
  • Full-time B.Tech/B.E or MCA and MBA (or equivalent full-time management program of minimum 12 months).
  • Graduation and/or post-graduation from institutions ranked in the Top 50 as per NIRF 2023 (Engineering/Management).
  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience in management consulting, strategic planning, change management, DPR creation, RFP drafting, bid process management, Government Process Reengineering (GPR), large-scale technology transformation and program execution.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience with Government/Public Sector, leading large-scale technology projects.
  • Minimum 2 years of international experience, in comparable advisory or implementation roles.
