Industrial Testing Engineer

The Lighting Systems Production Plant in Chrzanów manufactures rear and front lamps for passenger cars using advanced metallization, assembly, and plastic injection technologies. Additionally, the plant has a fully equipped measurement laboratory with a unique photometric research tunnel. Due to the development of new projects, a modern Development Center has been opened in Chrzanów, which will focus on designing and producing innovative lighting systems dedicated to passenger cars.

Your tasks will include:

• Analyzing client requirements, legal regulations, and internal standards for creating product testing strategies.
• Developing EOLT specifications and developing test programs and systems (hardware and software).
• Analyzing test results and failures, proposing corrective action scenarios, and collaborating with the R&D and Software Validation team.
• Creating and validating test equipment specifications and supporting the development of automated test systems.
• Verifying and improving functional testers, participating in FMEA, and supporting test technicians in daily activities.
• Implementing new test processes and devices into serial production and continuous improvement in terms of quality, costs, and efficiency.

Join us if you have:

• Technical higher education.
• At least 2 years of experience in testing/automation.
• Knowledge of CAN communication and issues related to the integration of electronic/computer components.
• Basic knowledge of Python – welcome.
• Ability to create and analyze test scripts.
• Communicative knowledge of English.
• Knowledge of photometry and communication in car lamp systems – will be an additional asset.
