Job Description

This role involves contributing to the support of RAFALE avionics equipment within the Customer Support Service (CSS) on the Bordeaux Campus. Key responsibilities include ensuring contractual and financial performance of operational work packages, optimizing supply chains, dimensioning and managing repair resources, establishing activity forecasts for the Multi Year Budget, guaranteeing product cost provision for quotes, and monitoring revenue for spare parts and repair activities.
Must have:
  • Ensure contractual and financial performance of operational work packages.
  • Establish strategy and optimize logistics chains for efficient repair times.
  • Dimension and manage the implementation of repair resources.
  • Ensure continuous supply chain optimization in cooperation with responsible departments.
  • Establish repair activity forecasts for the Multi Year Budget.
  • Guarantee provision of Provisional Product Costs for quotes and catalogs.
  • Monitor and consolidate revenue forecasts for spare parts and repair activities.
Good to have:
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering
  • Experience in industrial work package management
  • Project management (Structuring, Steering, Monitoring, Reporting)
  • Quotation preparation and writing
  • Strong knowledge of industry and supply chain
  • Proficiency in SAP and English (written & oral)
  • Ability to manage cross-functionally and facilitate multidisciplinary working groups.

Your daily life

On a cutting-edge Bordeaux Campus, between ocean and vineyards, we design and develop systems, equipment, and services to ensure the success of our clients' airborne missions.

Within the Customer Support Service (CSS), you contribute to the support of RAFALE avionics equipment.

Your missions:

  • Guarantee the contractual and financial performance of operational work packages and propose actions to converge towards objectives in case of deviation, implement them, and monitor their progress.
  • Establish the strategy and optimization of logistics chains to be most efficient in terms of product immobilization time for repair. Dimension and manage the implementation of resources (initial stocks: industrial and standard exchanges) for repair capacities.
  • Guarantee, in cooperation with responsible departments, the continuous optimization of the supply chain (VEX / WIP...).
  • Establish repair activity forecasts as part of the Multi Year Budget (MYB) construction and multi-year updates.
  • Guarantee the provision of Provisional Product Costs / industrial cycles for the preparation of quotes and catalogs.
  • Ensure the monitoring of execution and the consolidation of revenue forecasts for the spare parts and repair activities of the portfolio.

Your profile

Master's degree in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering, experience in industrial work package management:

  • Project management (Structuring, Steering, Monitoring, Reporting)
  • Quotation preparation and writing
  • Strong knowledge of industry and supply chain
  • Proficiency in SAP and English (written & oral).
  • Ability to manage cross-functionally and facilitate multidisciplinary working groups.
