Experience in cloud market insights and cloud computing.
Experience in the media industry, including television and video technologies.
Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

10 years of experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable, distributed systems in Media and Entertainment businesses.
Experience with structured enterprise architecture practices, hybrid cloud deployments, and on-premise-to-cloud migration deployments and roadmaps.
Verticalized knowledge of technology solutions and ability to learn and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space.
Ability to deliver results and work cross-functionally to position and orchestrate a solution consisting of multiple products.
Ability to communicate in Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Minimum qualifications:

10 years of experience as an enterprise architect or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role.
10 years of experience designing, implementing, and deploying Media Supply Chain and DTC/OTT streaming solutions: Live Production, Playout, Editing, Media Asset Management, Transcoding, VOD/Live/Linear media processing, advertising and subscription, platform services, content management, security, client applications, and data.
Experience in cloud market insights and cloud computing.
Experience in the media industry, including television and video technologies.
Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

As the Industry Solutions Architect within the Google Cloud Media and Entertainment Industry Solutions team, you will work side-by-side with strategic Google Cloud Media and Entertainment customers, Industry Solution Managers, Customer Engineers and our Product and Engineering teams. You’ll leverage your cloud computing expertise, along with experience in the media and entertainment industries, to implement Google Cloud horizontal and vertical products, and partner technologies, to create compelling solution offerings for customers.
You will partner with the Product teams on integration strategy. You will also support implementations of Google Cloud Media and Entertainment products and solutions directly with customers, sharing best practices, providing guidance around architectures, data migration, capacity planning, and more.

Responsibilities

Build a trusted advisory relationship with strategic accounts and engage with Architects, VP Engineering, CTO and CIO, and identify customer priorities, technical objections and design strategies encompassing the entire Google ecosystem to deliver business value and resolve blockers.
Make recommendations on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution while providing best practices to customers to optimize Google Cloud effectiveness.
Manage the holistic enterprise architecture relationship with customers by collaborating with specialists, product management, technical teams, and more.
Provide Media and Entertainment domain expertise in supporting the technical relationship with Google’s customers and partners.
