Job Description
Bosch Vietnam Co. Ltd., headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City plant (HcP) in Dong Nai Province, is seeking an Information Security & Data Protection Intern. The intern will provide first-layer support for ISP Authorization service requests, including validating requests and ensuring end-to-end completion. Responsibilities also include IT requests on the IT Service Portal, creating and improving ISP user guides and documentation, and supporting incident and problem management by recording, following up, and reporting on incidents. The intern will also assist with ISP and AIM controls, including following project tasks, monitoring regular ISP tasks, and providing status reports. Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor are also part of the role. This is an internship opportunity for students to gain experience in a professional, multinational environment.

Company Description
- Bosch first started its operations in Vietnam in 1994 and registered a wholly-owned subsidiary in 2008. According to the business strategy of Bosch in Vietnam, from 1st July 2014 on all business entities were merged into Bosch Vietnam Co. Ltd. with its head office at Ho Chi Minh City plant (HcP) in Dong Nai Province.
- HcP has started its belt assembly in a rented building on 1st August 2008 as the assembly plant of Tilburg Plant (TbP). On 14th April 2011, HcP celebrated the inauguration of the new plant (Lth101 with 17,000 sqm), which did not only allow to increase the production depth, but also to facilitate the push belt assembly of this high-tech product. On 3rd July 2012 HcP marked a big milestone by starting to produce the second component (loop-set) for its push belt. Since November 2012, HcP doubled the production floor space and increase the net total floor space up to 56.000 m², and have successfully increased its production capacity and realized a lot of new line SOP’s.

Job Description
- Service Request Fulfillment: 1 st layer support for ISP Authorization service request Fulfillment (SAP and/ or non-SAP):
- Validate authorization request from user & request on behalf of user department. Ensure service request completed from end-to-end, inc. UD documentation update.
- IT requests on IT Service Portal (Password reset, Security Group update, folder permission management, etc.)
- Support Documentation
- Create & improve ISP user guides, WIs, manuals, training document.
- Prepare raw data & data presentation for ISP & AIM operational reports.
- Support Incident & Problem Management: Record I/P and follow up PICs until I/P closing, provide I/P operational reports, define authorization tracking report.
- Support ISP & AIM Control:
- Following ISP project tasks.
- Support User Department on monitoring regular ISP tasks.
- Provide status report to facilitate HcP ISP & AIM control.
- Other task assignment from supervisor
Qualifications
- 3rd or 4th year students major in English, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Business
- Information System or relevant
- Good English communication & writing skill
- Good at Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint,…)
- Well-organizing, Integrity, Responsibility, Discipline
- No technical skills required. Training is provided for all assigned tasks.
