Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle development and management of L2 autonomous driving systems. You will lead cross-functional and international teams (software, hardware, system, testing) to ensure project delivery within budget, time, and quality objectives. You will be deeply involved in technical decisions for underlying software, hardware platforms, and system integration. Responsibilities include project full lifecycle management, defining system development plans, controlling requirements analysis, design, development, integration, testing, and mass production delivery milestones. You will identify technical risks, manage parking/driving systems projects, plan and guide project development milestones, and monitor progress. Key areas also involve cross-domain technical coordination, ensuring system-level requirements are decomposed and validated, resource and delivery control, monitoring project progress, coordinating planning and cycle meetings, providing status reports, managing project risks, monitoring and ensuring project performance indicators reach targets, ensuring overall system quality, and managing project budgets. Support for mass production includes leading system maturity verification before SOP, driving issue closure, and supporting production line technical docking and customer delivery.
Must have:
  • 5+ years ADAS project management experience
  • Led at least 2 L2+ autonomous driving mass production projects
  • Familiarity with sensor development processes
  • Understanding of AutoSAR architecture
  • Experience with V-model development
  • Familiarity with ASPICE
  • Proficient English (written and spoken)
Good to have:
  • Platform project development experience
  • Small domain controller project development experience
  • Knowledge of MCU low-level driver development
  • OS porting and communication protocols (CAN/Ethernet)
  • Functional safety and system requirements decomposition
  • Technical decision-making skills
  • Cross-departmental communication skills
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to drive collaboration between Chinese/foreign teams
  • Strong resilience and self-reflection ability

我们正在寻找一位资深技术项目经理,负责领导L2级自动驾驶系统的全生命周期开发与管理。您将主导跨职能团队,跨国合作团队(软件、硬件、系统、测试)协作,确保项目在预算、时间及质量目标内交付,并深度参与底层软件、硬件平台及系统集成的技术决策。

  • 职位描述:

    1. 项目全周期管理

       - 制定系统开发计划,把控需求分析、设计、开发、集成、测试及量产交付里程碑。  

       - 识别技术风险(硬件兼容性、底层软件稳定性、系统功能安全、功能感知软件开发)

       - 泊车/行车系统项目的日常管理

       - 计划和指导项目开发里程碑(内部和外部),并监控进度(硬件,系统,软件等)

    2. 跨领域技术协调

       - 主导软件(底层驱动/中间件)、硬件(传感器/控制器/执行器)、系统(功能逻辑/人机交互)团队间的技术对齐

       - 确保系统级需求分解并落地验证。

    3. 资源与交付管控

       - 监控项目进度,协调/领导迭代计划和周期会议,定期提供项目状态报告

       - 项目风险管理,监控和保证项目绩效指标到达目标

       - 负责交付系统的整体质量

       -管控,维护并调整项目预算, 支持团队整合所有项目预算和状态

    4. 量产落地支持

       - 主导SOP前的系统成熟度验证,推动问题闭环,支持产线技术对接与客户交付。

职位要求

教育背景:硕士及以上学历,计算机、车辆、自动化、电子工程等相关专业。

工作经验:5年以上ADAS项目管理经验,至少主导过2个L2及以上自动驾驶量产项目,平台项目及小域控项目开发经验优先

技术能力

  •   硬件:熟悉传感器(摄像头/雷达)、域控制器开发流程与供应链管理。  
  •   底层软件:了解AutoSAR架构、MCU底层驱动开发、OS移植及通信协议(CAN/Ethernet)。  
  •   系统集成:掌握V模型开发流程,具备功能安全及系统需求分解经验。  
  •  熟悉ASPICE开发流程或具备认证资质。  

软技能

  • 熟练的英语书面以及口语能力
  • 具备技术决策能力,可基于数据平衡需求、成本与进度。  
  • 出色的跨部门沟通与冲突解决能力,能高效推动中/外团队协作。 
  • 具备强的抗压能力,以及较强的自我反思能力
