Process Manager (f/d/m) – Video Game Localization

Job Summary
Altagram Group is seeking a Process Manager to optimize video game localization workflows. This role involves owning, developing, and maintaining end-to-end production processes, SOPs, and QA structures across various localization services. The manager will collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Linguistic, QA, Audio, Engineering, and Shared Services to ensure efficiency, scalability, and high-quality delivery, acting as a neutral operational partner to drive clarity and improvement.
Must Have
- Own, develop, and maintain end-to-end production workflows, SOPs, templates, and QA structures across localization services
- Ensure stable, scalable, and well-documented processes across Production, Linguistic, QA, Audio, and Shared Services
- Act as a central point of contact for process-related topics, aligning internal teams on workflow changes and best practices
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to reduce complexity, manual effort, and risk
- Analyze recurring issues and lead root cause analyses, post-mortems, and improvement initiatives
- Design and optimize workflows and automations within Plunet / TMS and related internal tools
- Collaborate closely with IT, Engineering, and external partners on tool development, testing, and rollouts
- Prepare process-related insights, KPIs, and improvement proposals for business reviews and management discussions
- Create and maintain clear documentation, SOP libraries, and onboarding materials
- Deliver trainings and support teams during process changes to ensure adoption and long-term effectiveness
- 3–5+ years of experience in localization operations or project management within the video game industry
- Strong understanding of full-cycle localization workflows (text, QA, audio, LQA)
- Advanced experience with Plunet or comparable TMS platforms
- Proven ability to design, document, and optimize operational processes
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence working across teams without direct authority
- A proactive, improvement-driven mindset with a high degree of ownership and autonomy
- Fluent English required

Are you passionate about operational excellence and process optimization in game localization? We’re looking for a Process Manager to join our team and work closely with the COO to shape, standardize, and continuously improve production workflows across the Altagram Group.

YOUR ROLE

##### Your profile
- 3–5+ years of experience in localization operations or project management within the video game industry
- Strong understanding of full-cycle localization workflows (text, QA, audio, LQA)
- Advanced experience with Plunet or comparable TMS platforms
- Proven ability to design, document, and optimize operational processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complexity into clear, practical solutions
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working across teams without direct authority
- A proactive, improvement-driven mindset with a high degree of ownership and autonomy
- Fluent English required; additional languages (e.g. German, French, Korean) are a plus
