Altagram Group is a leading video game localization and QA agency with offices in Europe, North America, and Asia. We’re currently looking for a motivated and experienced Partnership Manager to support our continued growth across the North and South American markets.
In this role, you’ll be instrumental in acquiring new clients and promoting our full range of services from text localization and QA to audio production helping us deliver outstanding game experiences to players around the world.
YOUR ROLE
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the North and South American markets with a focus on video game localization, QA, and voiceover services.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with game studios and publishers.
- Craft tailored proposals and presentations aligned with each prospect’s needs and market context.
- Lead pricing discussions and negotiate contract terms.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Project Management, QA, Audio, Marketing) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Representing Altagram at industry events such as GDC, XDS, Gamescom, and MIGS; help coordinate client meetings and travel as needed.
##### Your profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in game localization B2B sales, business development, or client partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the gaming localization industry and an existing professional network is a big plus.
- Proven track record managing sales pipelines, using CRM tools, and meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for games and an interest in the business side of game development.
