The role involves advising clients on planning linguistic stays, holidays, and trips, making reservations for transport, hotels, accommodations, and tour packages, including group travel. Key responsibilities include managing travel bookings, providing personalized customer service, efficient organization, and excellent communication skills in advanced English.

Must Have

  • Travel booking management: knowledge of airlines, hotels, ground transport, and other travel means.
  • Customer service: ability to advise clients on travel options based on needs and budget; personalized attention.
  • Organization: ability to efficiently organize and manage multiple bookings; good planning skills.
  • Advanced English: excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Experience with Amadeus: advanced proficiency in the Amadeus reservation system.
  • Technological skills: ability to use IT tools and online technologies specific to the travel sector.
  • Booking experience: proven experience in managing reservations through consolidators and airline aggregators.

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of similar travel agency management programs.

Job Description

We are looking to incorporate a Travel Agent into our Travel department.

You will be responsible for advising clients on planning their linguistic stays, holidays, and trips, making reservations for transport (flights, trains, buses), hotels and other types of accommodation and tourist packages, as well as group trips.

  • Travel booking management: Knowledge of airlines, hotels, ground transport, and other travel means.
  • Customer service: Ability to advise clients on their travel options based on their needs and budget. Personalized attention.
  • Organization: Ability to organize and manage multiple bookings efficiently. Good planning skills.
  • Advanced English: Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.

Requirements

  • Experience with Amadeus: Advanced proficiency in the Amadeus reservation system.
  • Technological Skills: Ability to use IT tools and online technologies specific to the travel sector.
