The manager will coordinate with design, quality & reliability, budget, purchasing, and operations teams from initial requirements to end-of-life. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing ICPE methodologies and project management processes. The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc. in Engineering and 8+ years of project management experience, with strong leadership and communication skills in the semiconductor industry.

What you'll be doing:

• Responsibility to coordinate between all project collaborators such as design team, Q&R team, budget and purchasing team, operations etc, from initial requirements' definition till EOL

• Work with project managers and engineers to ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.

• Responsibility for developing and implementing ICPE methodologies and Project management processes and tools.

What we need to see:

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering

• 8+ years of experience in project management

• Excellent program management skills – familiar with project management methodologies and tools

• Ability to lead multi-functional teams and initiatives

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
