Job Summary
This role is within the Industrial Competence Center, specifically in the planning department, supporting increased radar production. The Scheduler will prepare, prioritize, and launch Manufacturing Orders, ensuring their internal follow-up to guarantee the smooth execution of the production plan. Responsibilities also include adapting launches to industrial and managerial constraints, managing supply constraints, and handling non-conforming parts for repair or internal production lines.
Must Have
- At least 3 years of experience in a Scheduling role in an industrial environment
- Knowledge of industrial information systems (ideally SAP, MES, ERP)
- Knowledge of lean production management principles and processes (pulled and smoothed flows)

Your daily life
Located 20 minutes from the Paris-Saclay technology hub, the site is one of the largest centers of excellence for surface radars. We contribute to developing, designing, integrating, and testing aerial surveillance radars dedicated to target detection and identification.
Within the Industrial Competence Center, you will join the planning department as part of an increase in radar production.
As a scheduler, you will be responsible for:
- preparing, prioritizing, and launching Manufacturing Orders and ensuring their internal follow-up to guarantee the smooth execution of the production plan
- Executing the strategy defined by the Industrial Planner and the Master Planner in the short term horizon
- Adapting launches to the industrial and managerial constraints of the APRUs, and to supply constraints.
More specifically, within the assigned scope:
- Making materials available in accordance with the Spare Parts or platform needs plan established by the industrial planner, ensuring the consistency of physical and IT flow in collaboration with the warehouse and shipping department
- Processing non-conformity zones: ensuring the processing of physical and IT flow of non-conforming parts (returns for repair to external suppliers or internal production lines)
Your profile
You have at least 3 years of experience in a Scheduling position in an Industrial environment.
You have knowledge of:
- Industrial information systems, ideally SAP (MES, ERP, etc.)
- Principles and processes of lean production management (pulled and smoothed flows)
